The Mars Hill softball team (21-12, 5-5 SAC) split with No. 18 Lincoln Memorial (28-8, 6-4 SAC) on the road in South Atlantic Conference play. The Lions took game one by a score of 8-4, but fell 7-5 in game two.

The Mars Hill softball team (3-1) split with Winston-Salem State (3-1) Sunday afternoon in their 2019 home opener.  The Lions fell by a score of 6-2 in the first game, but rebounded by no-hitting the Rams in game two's 8-0 win.
