Mars Hill SAAC to host Trunk or Treat on Halloween night
Mars Hill University's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) will be hosting the second annual "Trunk or Treat" event on Halloween night beginning at 5 p.m.
MARS HILL, N.C. - Mars Hill University's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) will be hosting the second annual "Trunk or Treat" event on Halloween night beginning at 5 p.m.
The SAAC is sponsoring an evening for the local community by providing a safe and fun environment for trick-or-treating. Student-athletes are donating candy for their trunks and will decorate each team's trunk with a theme. Teams will be coming straight from the classroom and the field in costume to hand out candy.
Cars will be parked on College Street. The street will be blocked off from traffic to ensure a safe environment for the trick-or-treaters. The event begins at 5 p.m. and members of the SAAC are expecting a great turnout from the community.
