Briceno claims 1st at CSCAA College Open Water National Championship
Mars Hill sophomore swimmer Raul Briceno placed 1st overall at the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) College National Open Water Championships on Sunday, December 18.
MIAMI, Fla. - Mars Hill sophomore swimmer Raul Briceno placed 1st overall at the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) College National Open Water Championships on Sunday, December 18.
Briceno placed first over 83 participants spread throughout all NCAA divisions. He turned in a time of 54:37.54 in the 5,000 meter race.

About the CSCAA
Founded in 1922, the College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) is the first professional association of college coaches in the United States. The CSCAA is dedicated to serving and providing leadership for the advancement of the sport of swimming and diving at the collegiate level. The CSCAA works to
