Women's Swimming Dominant Against Milligan and Warren Wilson
MILLIGAN, TENN. – The Mars Hill women’s swim team picked up a pair of wins in a dual meet with Milligan and Warren Wilson on Friday, November 04.
MILLIGAN, TENN. – The Mars Hill women's swim team picked up a pair of wins in a dual meet with Milligan and Warren Wilson on Friday, November 04. The Lions dismantled Warren Wilson 151-20 before edging Milligan 115-76.
Abby Harty, the reigning Appalachian Swim Conference Female Swimmer of the Week, picked up three wins on the afternoon, finishing first in the 200, 400, and 800 meter free. Kathryn Boland tallied victories in the 200 IM, 100 meter breast, and was a part of the 200 medley relay. Rachel Nichols also collected multiple wins during the meet, beating the field in the 100 meter free as well as the 100 meter fly.
The Lions are now 5-1 on the season and will return to the pool on November 18-19, competing in the Igloo Invite.
