Mars Hill swept in conference match versus Lenoir-Rhyne
The Mars Hill women's tennis team (8-5) was defeated by Lenoir-Rhyne (9-1) in South Atlantic Conference play Thursday afternoon at the Hart Tennis Complex.
MARS HILL, N.C. - The Mars Hill women's tennis team (8-5) was defeated by Lenoir-Rhyne (9-1) in South Atlantic Conference play Thursday afternoon at the Hart Tennis Complex.
The Lions dropped the two doubles matches played to enter singles competition down 1-0. Lenoir-Rhyne reeled off five straight singles wins, all in straight sets, to capture their ninth win of the season.
Mars Hill returns to action on Tuesday, April 19th on the road in conference play versus Lincoln Memorial. First serve is scheduled for 2 p.m.
