MARS HILL, N.C. - The Mars Hill women's tennis team (1-0) swept Johnson C. Smith (0-1), 7-0, in their season opening match.
Mars Hill took the 1-0 lead into singles play after winning all three doubles matches. In singles play, the duo of Elana Mackey and Ines Rodriguez dropped just one game. They, along with Amanda Kadiri and Hannah Frazer won their matches in straight sets.
