"Fill the Hill" game versus Limestone moved to Thursday night
The football game between Mars Hill and Limestone has been rescheduled due to the incoming threat of Hurricane Ian.
MARS HILL, N.C. - The football game between Mars Hill and Limestone has been rescheduled due to the incoming threat of Hurricane Ian.
The game, originally scheduled for Saturday, October 1 has been moved up to Thursday, September 29 at 7 p.m. inside Meares Stadium.
Mars Hill is looking to "Fill the Hill" versus Limestone. Fans that live in one of the eight Local Lion Promise counties (Madison, Avery, Buncombe, Haywood, Henderson, Mitchell, and Yancy) will be allowed in for free.
The Local Lion Promise scholarship guarantees a minimum of a 50 percent discount on tuition to traditional undergraduate students who live or attend high school in the counties closest to the MHU campus.
