Mars Hill places 13th at SAC Championships
The Mars Hill men's golf team concluded their 2021 season in 13th place at the South Atlantic Conference Championship Tuesday afternoon.
TAZEWELL, Tenn. - The Mars Hill men's golf team concluded their 2021 season in 13th place at the South Atlantic Conference Championship Tuesday afternoon.
Jose Moreno placed 57th overall, the top finishing Lion over the three rounds. He shot a third-round 83 which was the highest mark for the Lions' squad.
Placing 59th, John Moss shot an 89 on the day, finishing seven strokes behind Moreno.
Addison Bahr and Steve Papakonstantinou placed 61st and 62nd overall to round out the Mars Hill team.
The Lions shot a combined 1,041 over the three rounds.
