Feeney, Burns run personal bests at Royals XC Classic
Nyla Feeney and Samantha Burns each ran their personal best times during the 5K race at the Royals XC Classic.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Nyla Feeney and Samantha Burns each ran their personal best times during the 5K race at the Royals XC Classic.
Feeney ran an overall time of 19:57 as Burns turned in a run of 27:29. The Lions placed 22 out of 25 teams.
"It was a good meet all around," assistant coach Brad Nagel said. "The team ran well together tonight and will continue to get better in the next four weeks."

Mars Hill will return to Charlotter to partake in the Queen City Invite on Friday, October 13. The race is scheduled for a 4 p.m. start.
