Feeney named SAC Runner of the Week
Mars Hill University's Nyla Feeney has been named the AstroTurf South Atlantic Conference Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for races Oct. 9 - 15, the League announced today.
ROCK HILL, S.C. - Mars Hill University's Nyla Feeney has been named the AstroTurf South Atlantic Conference Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for races Oct. 9 - 15, the League announced today.
Feeney, a junior from Waxhaw, N.C., was the top Lions' runner at the Queen City Invitational. She placed 44th overall crossing the finish line with a time of 19:59. As a team Mars Hill finished 12th in their final race before Saturday's SAC Cross Country Championship. The award is her first Runner of the Week honor this season.
