Lions defeated by Wolves on road

NEWBERRY, S.C. - The Mars Hill men's tennis team (6-12, 0-7 SAC) was shutout versus Newberry (9-11, 3-3 SAC) on the road Friday afternoon.

Mars Hill took the first doubles contest, with Ben Reid and Rodrigo Ramons downing Edison Ambarzumjan and Enrico Haas by a score of 7-5.  The Wolves took the next two doubles' matches to earn the 1-0 advantage heading into singles play where they were able to win all six matches for the sweep.

The Lions host Tusculum on Wednesday, April 3rd at the Hart Tennis Complex.  First serve is scheduled for 2 p.m.
