JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. - The Mars Hill men's basketball team (9-18, 3-18 SAC) was defeated by Carson-Newman (18-9, 13-8 SAC) Wednesday night on the road.
Jack Browder delivered a monstrous performance, netting 46 points, going 5-of-9 from beyond the arc and hitting all 17 free throw opportunities. He, along with Rylan Houck, pulled down a team-high seven rebounds apiece.
Keenan Wilkins led the Lions with 20 points, three steals, and three assists. Jon Brandtner added 12 points off the bench while Caden Owens hit three triples en route to an 11-point showing.
The Lions close out the 2025-26 season on Saturday, February 28 when they host Wingate. Senior Day tipoff inside Chambers Gymnasium is set for 4 p.m.
