Brittian named SAC Baseball Player of the Week
ROCK HILL, S.C. - Mars Hill's Michael Brittian has been named the South Atlantic Conference Baseball Player of the Week, announced conference officials Monday.
Brittian hit .455 last week with six RBI, scored six runs, had four doubles and a home run. He had a .773 slugging percentage and an on-base percentage of .520. In the three-game weekend series against Brevard, he was 8-for-12 (.667) with four RBI and four runs scored.
Anderson's Erick Sanderson earned league Pitcher of the Week.
